The theme of the mall was art. It could be directly accessed from the subway underground. The escalators were installed in the middle, but the roof of the mall was not transparent. Some special shops were operating here, including an electronic game hall. The ground floor was quite opened with some sitting facilities for visitors.

Walked through it did not see much art while walking unfortunately. Seems like a nice mall but no signs or signposting of art (or I missed it but then it is not clear)Very easy accessible. Was too busy when I visited.

This mall's gotta be one of the best malls I've been before. It's big and has lots of shops(each floor has some mini stalls with random things to buy-candles,crochets,jewelry,etc) and they also got restaurants with yummy food inside.I went to a bakery in this mall and there were so much donuts and bread there!!😋There was also a SEPHORA but I didn't go there. There's also pretty cool art too.

Don't go there on a weekend, it's so crowded one needs to queue in order to take the escalator (the building is poorly designed, there is only one set of escalators). When the escalator is under service and repair, the management company posts a notice to shoppers to use other escalator. But the fact is, there is only one set of escalator. The pop up stores crowding in the already narrow corridor make the shopping experience an unpleasant one.The urinals are perpetually under repairs, needless to say there are always long queue outside the female toilets. People have to queue for long time in the narrow corridor outside the toilets. The garbage bins overflow. The sensor of the octopus/card sensor at the entrance of the carpark was very slow/insensitive. The winding path leading to the carpark at level B4 was so narrow and winding that it required great skills to meander around it. Drivers of the big cars are advised to stay away from this carpark.

A smallish mall, but with an eclectic variety of shops and eateries, including Ikea, a supermarket and several food kiosks. We were surprised by the long queue at Mister Donut. The Ikea is not one of the biggest in the city, but is quite well stocked - they even have a small cafe within the small premises.Do check out Hearth, where you can feast on grilled/BBQ meats while utilising camping equipment, all within a mall.Do check out the other Art buildings (though there was not much art here), like Art Musea, which is just 8 minutes' walk away.

This place was absolutely stunning. The mall is one giant artwork. Architecture-wise it is amazing. The interior is done so well. Definitely have to see it to believe it. Even has a stunning view point of Hongkong island. The elevator button was so unique. Only thing about the mall was how many layers there are. Easy to get lost in. Recommend to anyone who likes building designs or art.

Place nice, staff friendly, placed my coffee opposite from big round table. Beef for 4 looks good much than the meat.

Terrific find - Just wandered into this shopping mall by accident. Interesting internal architecture, lots of spaces, nooks and crannies holding different, attractive wares. Areas for local designers, good eateries. Well worth a visit. We spent probably 3 hours here and still thought there were things we had not seen.

Super beautiful, interesting space! It has everything except great shopping haha. There are a bunch of dining options, including Mercato on the higher floor and casual bites on the lower levels. Just doesn’t seem like much fashion shopping, with a few exceptions. Hence my 3 star rating. However it’s a nice space to explore if you have the time / want to escape the heat.

Part of the same K11 family of malls, just that this is more neighborhood-like, carries more youthful brands, and is much smaller vs the nearby K11 Musea. If you're looking for hip and cool fashion and furniture brands, you'd want to check this mall out.The mall is connected to TST MTR station, which makes it especially convenient.

Hong Kong offers a plethora of shopping options, but K11 is cooler and more modern than most. Great resource for those with a more contemporary aesthetic in search of something they haven't seen -- clothing, jewelry, shoes, fragrance, beauty fashion accessories, and some great home furnishings are on offer, along with some nice places for food and refreshment. Be sure check out K11 Select shops for great small producer products.

K11 mall was awesome! Lots of cute stores and very kid friendly mall! They even have a baby room and breastfeeding station complete with sterlization and water. Amazing! Highly recommend with small kids! Foodcourt was also great! Not too expensive and lots of choices. We could easily spend the whole day here!

Loved going to this place! It has many little art pieces, pottery and abstract/surrealism art everywhere on the walls. There’s also a faint smell of vanilla/orange everywhere in the mall, and I just really like that smell in particular for some reason. The stuff sold in this mall is quite expensive, as a lot of huge brands (eg: Gucci, Laneige, La Occitaine) are sold here, but this place is great for window shopping!

Nestled in the heart of the bustling city, K11 Art Mall seamlessly merges art and commerce, creating a unique and captivating experience for visitors. As an avid art enthusiast, I was drawn to explore this innovative concept, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.Upon entering the mall, I was greeted by a mesmerizing display of contemporary artworks showcased alongside upscale boutiques and eateries. The integration of art into every corner of the space, from the walls adorned with vibrant murals to the sculptures strategically placed throughout, was truly commendable. It provided a refreshing departure from the typical shopping mall ambiance. The diversity of art forms showcased at K11 Art Mall was striking. From traditional paintings and sculptures to multimedia installations and interactive exhibits, there was something to captivate every artistic palate. One highlight was the rotating exhibitions featuring works from both established and emerging artists, ensuring that each visit offered a new and enriching experience.Beyond its artistic offerings, K11 Art Mall boasts a curated selection of luxury brands and artisanal shops, making it a haven for discerning shoppers. Whether browsing for high-end fashion, unique home décor, or one-of-a-kind souvenirs, there was no shortage of treasures to discover. In addition to its retail and artistic attractions, K11 Art Mall also houses several dining options ranging from casual cafes to fine dining establishments. After a day of exploration, I indulged in a delectable meal at one of the onsite restaurants, savoring both the culinary delights and the ambiance.Overall, my experience at K11 Art Mall was nothing short of exceptional. Its seamless integration of art, commerce, and culture creates a dynamic environment that appeals to both art aficionados and casual visitors alike. My first ikea ever visit in india 🇮🇳 ikea is yet to come near by my home location so I visited this mall just because of ikea and tsim tui sa mtr station 🚉 to reach kowloon also. Its a very wonderful experience

Their lifts and escalators break down so often and to start with, there is a shortage of them and to make things worse, the management do not repair any faulty equipment promptly. The toilets are not well maintained, similar to public toilets. As the mall is frequented by many tourists, the management should be more meticulous maintaining the mall, in order not to give a bad impression to the tourists.

Great little mall, it is about 4 floors but easy to walk around! They have plenty stores that are not overly expensive such as the K11 mall right in front of the harbour, but no food selection. Still worth popping into just to experience it.I feel like when in Hong Kong it is cool to see many different malls, as it is very much part of the city!
